چکیده

Chemical fertilizers are frequently used in agriculture with harmful effects on ecological components, so the use of microorganisms as growth regulators is an agricultural practice increasingly today. The aim this research was to evaluate Trichoderma sp. regulator tomato plants. isolated from soils grown solid PDA medium for morphological characterization fungus. An experiment analyse interaction between and shade mesh conditions established, where: T1 = sp.; T2 without (fertilization recommended crop applied); T3 T4 mesh. Several variables were evaluated plants fruits. macroscopic characteristics showed mycelium a cottony morphology dark green coloration, microscopic fungus conidiophores branch, phialides ovoid ellipsoid conidia. Interaction had significant effect plant height, number flowers fruits, greater values Regarding evaluation fruits differences found weight, diameter, length, colour (L a* value) but not b* value.

Solubilisation of Phosphate and Micronutrients by Trichoderma harzianum and Its Relationship with the Promotion of Tomato Plant Growth

Trichoderma harzianum strain SQR-T037 is a biocontrol agent that has been shown to enhance the uptake of nutrients (macro- and microelements) by plants in fields. The objective of this study was to investigate the contribution of SQR-T037 to P and microelement (Fe, Mn, Cu and Zn) nutrition in tomato plants grown in soil and in hydroponic conditions. Inoculation with SQR-T037 significantly impro...

Gordonia sp.: a salt tolerant bacterial inoculant for growth promotion of pearl millet under saline soil conditions

In the resent study, a diazotrophic bacterial isolate JPA2 having the ability to tolerate salinity (6 % NaCl) and plant growth-promoting features was isolated from rhizospheric soil of weed Chenopodium murale growing in saline soil of Pindara (EC 11.47 dS m-1), district Jind (Haryana). The nitrogen fixing ability of the isolate was confirmed by nifH gene amplification and acetylene reduction as...

Production of Lactase by Trichoderma sp

In order to find an alternative fungal source, 13 different fungi (Aspergillus, Trichoderma, Penicillium, Rhizopus and Fusarium sp.) were cultured in lactase production medium at 30 °C and 150 rpm for 6 days. Experimental results showed that Trichoderma viride ATCC 32098 has maximum lactase specific activity, followed by Trichoderma harzianum 1073 D3. In addition, the studies of stability were ...

Environmental Growth Conditions of Trichoderma spp. Affects Indole Acetic Acid Derivatives, Volatile Organic Compounds, and Plant Growth Promotion

Trichoderma species are soil-borne filamentous fungi widely utilized for their many plant health benefits, such as conferring improved growth, disease resistance and abiotic stress tolerance to their hosts. Many Trichoderma species are able to produce the auxin phytohormone indole-3-acetic acid (IAA), and its production has been suggested to promote root growth. Here we show that the production...
